ARC-in FH STOP&GO System

As pioneers in the industry, we introduced the ARC-in FH STOP&GO System, designed to assist production managers in the furniture industry. Our systems allow for the simultaneous operation of up to six workstations on a single heating unit.

To meet client needs, we also designed adhesive measurement systems that provide complete control over adhesive consumption, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Our innovations - nozzles, holders, and automatic spray heads

We strive for excellence, which is why we produce our own patented ARC-in FH spray nozzles that:

Allow spraying widths from 5 to 8 cm, compared to the standard 2.5 cm offered by competitors.
Provide the highest quality and efficiency, meeting the expectations of even the most demanding clients.

Additionally, we have developed:

ARC-in FH plastic holders, which work perfectly with balancers and minimize hose braid damage.
ARC-in FH automatic spray heads, customizable to clients’ individual needs, both in terms of spray width and production speed. An example is the 45° spray head design, which significantly reduced programming costs for a new production line for one of our clients.
