Our hot melt adhesive melting unit – the melter (also known as the melting aggregate) – with a capacity of 20 kg is a versatile solution for the upholstery industry.
This unit can support:
- From 1 to 6 workstations – each workstation is equipped with an advanced ARC-in FH Spray Kit, which includes high-performance air regulators. By adjusting the air pressure levels to meet the specific needs of each workstation, we ensure optimal adhesive application efficiency.
Unique ARC-in FH Spray System
each workstation is connected to our patented spray system, which has been recognized on two continents. The system includes:
a) heated hoses available in 7.2 m, 9 m, or 12 m lengths,b) the ARC-in FH spray gun, designed for precise adhesive application on both small and large surfaces. Its special construction allows for seamless application across different surface types without the need to adjust the pump settings,
c) innovative ARC-in FH spray nozzles (F1 and M2), which are a key component of our patented technology. These nozzles enable a unique worldwide spray application method, unlike conventional swirl-based techniques. The M2 nozzle allows for adhesive application in widths ranging from 5 to 8 cm, while competing solutions typically reach a maximum of 2.5 cm.
Spray adhesive application provides significant material savings and ensures exceptional static and load-bearing strength of bonded upholstery components.
Safety and protection – to protect users, we have designed special ARC-in FH nozzle guards. These guards prevent burns and protect the nozzles from mechanical damage, extending their lifespan.
Automated system control – the unit features the innovative ARC-in FH STOP&GO system, which automatically monitors and manages spray system operations.
Ease of use and technical support
The unit comes standard with a 5-meter electrical cable and a 32A power plug. For customers in North America, we provide compatible plugs and power converters upon request. Installation is simplified – just plug it in, and our technicians will handle the initial startup, configuration, and staff training.
