Our Hot Melt Adhesive Melting System – available in 20 kg or 50 kg capacity – is an advanced solution designed for production lines.

Each station is equipped with a high-performance ARC-in FH Spray Kit, including air pressure regulators tailored to workstation requirements. These ensure optimal pressure levels for precise adhesive application.
2. Patented ARC-in FH Spray System
Our innovative spray system, patented across two continents, is integrated into each station.
It consists of:
a) Heated hoses (7.2 m or 12 m) designed for automatic applications.
b) Specially engineered ARC-in FH spray heads – ideal for high-speed adhesive application over large surfaces, making them perfect for automated upholstered furniture production.
c) Innovative ARC-in FH nozzles – part of our patented technology, enabling global-scale unique spray application. These nozzles provide significant adhesive savings while ensuring exceptional static and load-bearing strength of bonded upholstery components.
3. ARC-in FH STOP&GO Automatic Control System
Upon request, the system can be equipped with STOP&GO technology, seamlessly integrating with automated production lines by managing the activation and deactivation of individual adhesive application sections.
Easy installation & technical support
Our system comes standard with a 5-meter power cable and a 32A power plug. For North American orders, we provide the appropriate plugs and power converters upon request. The installation process is streamlined – simply plug in the system to begin operation.
