17. Storage of personal data 

17.1 We will retain your personal information for as long as we deem necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal information was collected, while taking into account our need to respond to your inquiries or resolve any issues, to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws, to address any legal claims/complaints, and for security purposes. 

17.2 This means that we may retain your personal information for a reasonable and prudent period after your last interaction with us. When the personal data collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner. We may process data for statistical purposes, but in such cases the data will be anonymized.

In the event of a sale, merger, consolidation, liquidation, reorganization or acquisition of the company, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy, including your rights of access and choice.
