ARC-in FH Multi-System – easy expansion from 1 to 6 workstations

ARC-in FH Multi-System - easy expansion from 1 to 6 workstations

We are the only company on the market offering a unique solution that allows up to 6 workstations to operate simultaneously on a single melter/heating unit. Based on our experience and feedback from customers, we understand that the cost of investing in hot melt (HM) technology can be a significant barrier. Often, after initially considering competitor offerings, companies choose to continue using solvent-based adhesives or switch to water-based adhesives, which are not always the best solution.

Why is the ARC-in FH Multi-System the better choice?

Our machines are designed to minimize investment costs while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency. Every component – from the smallest valves to the type of pump, heated hoses, guns, nozzles, and nozzle covers – has been carefully selected. This ensures our systems are flexible and adaptable to the needs of companies with varying production requirements, whether for a single operator or teams of up to six people.

Cost optimization and savings

By choosing our system, which supports up to 6 workstations, customers can save a significant portion of their investment costs compared to competitor systems that allow only two operators per unit. Additionally, our equipment features lower maintenance costs and significantly reduced energy consumption. Some of our clients have cut their number of machines in half after switching to our solutions, increasing the available workspace in their production halls. In furniture manufacturing, every square meter matters.

Innovative ARC-in FH STOP&GO technology

Our ARC-in FH Systems are designed for effortless expansion. In just two hours, we can upgrade a single workstation system to support 6 operators – without additional costs. Moreover, each machine is equipped with our unique workstation control system, ARC-in FH STOP&GO. This system automatically monitors the number of active workstations and turns off unused ones to save energy. When additional operators start working, the system automatically prepares the machine for full functionality without requiring manual intervention.

Reduced power consumption

When using solvent-based or water-based adhesives, customers are required to operate spray booths equipped with exhaust fans, in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations. The minimum power consumption of a single fan is 0.55 kW, which, for 6 adhesive workstations, results in approximately 30 kWh of energy use over 9 hours of operation.

Switching to hot melt adhesives significantly reduces electricity consumption – primarily due to the ability to turn off exhaust fans. Not to mention the added savings from reduced heating requirements at workstations during the winter season. As a result, both employees and customers operate in an environment that is noticeably safer and more comfortable than before.
