The ARC-in FH Spray System is an innovative solution that combines advanced technology with exceptional hot melt adhesive chemistry. Our patented system, featuring a heated hose and a high-performance spray gun, is designed to meet the diverse needs of upholstered furniture production. Thanks to its specially engineered design, the ARC-in FH spray gun enables efficient adhesive application on both small and large surfaces- without requiring pump setting adjustments.
These systems are equipped with ARC-in FH Spray Nozzles (patented models F1 and M2), which allow adhesive application exclusively in spray form. This sets us apart from competitors who use swirl technology. The M2 nozzle provides a spray width of 5 to 8 cm, whereas standard competitor nozzles reach a maximum of 2.5 cm.
